Welcome to Austin Tow. By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Austin Tow provides towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services in Austin, Texas, and surrounding areas. Rates start at $50 for roadside assistance and $75 for towing, with additional charges for distance and special services (see Services page for details). Payment is accepted in cash or by card at the time of service.
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before our scheduled arrival. Late cancellations may incur a $50 call-out fee.
Austin Tow is not liable for any damage to vehicles that occurs prior to our arrival or is unrelated to our towing or assistance services. We strive to handle all vehicles with care, but we cannot guarantee against minor scratches or dents during standard towing procedures.
You agree to indemnify and hold Austin Tow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
